Our journey began in 2001 with the installation of our first North American Robotic Palletizing system in California. Over the past two decades, we have designed and installed over 750 systems that span almost every State in the US and every Province in Canada, delivering unmatched innovation and exceptional value to our customers.

Many of our systems operate 24 hours a day, and as such, we recognize the need for in-market expertise, service, and support. Our team of service technicians are strategically located throughout the United States to provide prompt assistance to our customers whenever they require it. Icon Robotics has always been based in the Midwest United States and in 2022, we further expanded our local capabilities by opening a new office and warehouse facility just outside of Madison, Wisconsin, further solidifying our commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Our North American team offers a comprehensive range of sales, installation, and support services, including a 24-hour Service Level Agreement and remote support options for customers operating around the clock. We understand that every customer is unique, and we work closely with them to deliver customized solutions that meet their specific needs. As a closely integrated subsidiary of JMP Engineering in New Zealand, we have access to a wealth of legacy knowledge and expertise, enabling us to provide unparalleled quality and service to our customers.
